ABOUT
Starting in 2020, the QRM Summit spurred from the internal need to join together as a team to focus on our unified mission to serve long-term care facilities. This time was well spent reviewing strategies, learning tips and tricks to better serve our clients and strengthening relationships.
The education our team takes away empowers them to provide a level of quality service we are proud to put our name on. It was extremely evident the importance the Summit held for the QRM team and the need to incorporate this as an annual event.
